Brian Garcia, General Counsel and VP of Contracts

With over 20 years of experience with government contracts, Brian Garcia currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Contracts at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he is responsible for contract administration and the legal department. Prior to joining Criticom, Brian practiced law at Piliero, Mazza in Washington, D.C. where he represented over 100 small business and minority-owned firms specializing in Government Contracts law and commercial litigation. He is also a frequent lecturer for George Mason University’s Procurement Technology Assistance Program (PTAP).
