Officer with Ultra Electronics, Tactical Systems Division, in support of the SSA
With almost three decades of experience providing IT solutions to the government, William “Bill” Sapp serves as President of Ultra Electronics Criticom, where his vision leads the company’s growth strategy. Bill also serves as an Officer for parent company, Ultra Electronics, within the Tactical Systems Division in support of the Special Security Agreement (SSA). Bill is responsible for building and sustaining a high performance team and leading Criticom in its drive to consistently exceed customer expectations, particularly focusing on serving Defense, Homeland Security and civilian agencies within the U.S. government. Bill holds Top Secret clearance from the Department of Defense.
Prior to joining Criticom, Bill served as DoD Sales Center Vice President for AT&T Government Solutions, where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with defense organizations and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels in all activities. He brings this same dedication to total customer satisfaction to his work with Criticom. Before joining AT&T Government Solutions, Bill worked for several other industry leaders including Avaya, Cisco Systems, VTEL Corporation and Motorola Codex. Respected as a leader in DoD government service with a keen understanding of DoD’s IT mission, Bill serves as a regular guest speaker at the Georgetown University Business School.
